One less present needed this year...

 My kids get to use gaming systems very sparingly. like 30 minutes a day
(that includes tv, wii, ds, computer, and ipod COMBINED)
which means i never think to buy them new games!
When I was asked if my kids wanted to review the game poptropica
i was like heck yeah!
free game, you bet...
my kids love playing this game online so i knew it would be a win to have it for our DS.

I may or may not have totally neglected my kids media rules this last week.
When mom does not feel good, the schedule/rules get altered.
There may have been a lot of movie watching, DS playing , and computer time.

yes I break my own rules, whatev!
judge me if you must..

Sometimes kids just need a break from the daily tasks 
of moping, sweeping, folding laundry and ironing dads work clothes
okay kidding my kids only do most some of those things..
maybe i should change that! HA

They look so sweet when they play games together

trying to help each other get to the next level

so technically they are learning bonding skillz right?    

at least my kids now need one less Christmas present.. score for me.

about a game their kids really enjoyed playing
a game you can get at Amazon.com or ToysRUs.com
then you start to hear yelling, screaming, slapping sounds
you look over and see this..
             

I guess this means they liked it... right..
