Leaf mat...{tutorial}

One thing I really love about living in Michigan is FALL

I love the temperature, the smell, and esp the colors.

I took the kids outside to collect some leaves for a simple free decorating idea!

Supplies needed:

• leaves (real or fake)
• heavy cardstock/posterboard/cardboard/ cut into the shape you want your mat
• glue (i used hot glue)

All you need to do is start gluing the leaves around the outside edge of your paper

Continue doing this until the whole thing is covered... 

There you have it..eazy peazy lemon squeazy

Now I have an easy, free, pop of color for our faux mantle
