{Pinterest Challenge} Project ... t-shirt dress

I totally dropped the ball on this months pinterest challenge.
I completed my project, photographed it..
but never blogged it..
It still counts right?!?

so better late then never...
here is my project for this months challenge...

and again my dress...

The light purple shirt on top is actually an old onesie...
The blue Hello Kitty shirt is one from a friend that was to short and wide for Lenny..
But she could not part with the cat!

The purple button layer is fabric form my stash..

I used left over shirt fabric to make the ruffles..
cute, yes
covering up a stain, yes

Little miss may or may not wear this dress at least once a week...
