Cupcake party.. January: Monster cupcakes

I have to share with you about this awesome play date we went on a few weeks ago.
We were invited to join a monthly cupcake decorating party.

Our friend's daughter received a cute cupcake calendar for christmas
each month there is a new cupcake featured.

For January the cupcake was a monster.

I mean really, why wouldn't you try theses!

It was slightly complicated for the littles but it all ended well..

here is what our table looked like before we started!
eager kids and lots of cans of frosting!

in order to save time we used store bought unfrosted cupcakes.
which i may add where delish!

Our table looked like this in the end (this was after we cleaned up some)

My 6 year old had so much fun.. check out his sweet monster..
