My Fall "mantle"...

I am calling this my fall mantle
but it's more of a faux mantle since I don't actually have a mantle!
I am using the top of my entertainment center!

I wanted to make a little display that matches the wreath I made.

Of course it would involve pumpkins and some sticks but needed a little something special
that's when I saw an idea on Pinterest
Unfortunately I did not pin it.. and can not find the inspiration UGH
was so hoping to give credit too, if it's you please let me know

I took an old frame and gave it a makeover...

1: sanded frame

2. painted frame white

3. added a metallic bronze and rubbed in cracks, re-sanded and DONE

I covered some cardboard letters in fabric

added a pennant with scrap fabric

I filled the square vase with black beans and added a fall looking fake branch

some 2/$1.00 pumpkins and a cone covered in yarn

and meet my "Mantle"

Yes I need to get my hubby to move the cable into the wall, working on it!

Now what to put in the frame? 

I need your help, right now it's just Ivory card stock but i need something more...
